1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our travel booking services and website. By booking a trip or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making any bookings.
Our company operates as a travel agent and tour operator, providing travel-related services including but not limited to tour packages, accommodation bookings, transportation arrangements, and travel consultation services.
2. Booking Terms & Conditions
2.1 Booking Process
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from service providers
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or advance payment as specified
- We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion
- Booking confirmation will be sent via email within 24-48 hours of payment
- Any changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and additional charges
2.2 Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
- Prices include applicable GST and service charges as mentioned
- Payment can be made through credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or bank transfer
- For international bookings, additional currency conversion charges may apply
- Installment payment options are available for bookings above ₹25,000
- Full payment must be completed at least 15 days before travel for domestic trips, 30 days for international trips
2.3 Travel Documents
- Clients are responsible for carrying valid identification documents
- For international travel, valid passport and visa are mandatory
- We provide visa assistance but do not guarantee visa approval
- Any booking cancellation due to visa rejection will be subject to our cancellation policy
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be mandatory for certain destinations
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
3.1 Special Circumstances
- Medical Emergencies: Cancellations due to serious medical conditions (with medical certificate) may be eligible for reduced fees
- Natural Disasters: Force majeure events may warrant special consideration on a case-by-case basis
- Government Restrictions: Travel bans or restrictions imposed by authorities will be handled as per government guidelines
- Visa Rejections: Cancellations due to visa rejection will incur a processing fee of ₹5,000 plus non-refundable expenses
3.2 Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing with proper documentation
- Processing time: 7-14 business days from the date of cancellation approval
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Bank processing charges (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount
- Non-refundable components (visas, permits, advance bookings) cannot be refunded
4. Travel Terms & Responsibilities
4.1 Client Responsibilities
- Arrive at designated meeting points on time as per the itinerary
- Carry all required documents (ID, tickets, vouchers, medical certificates if applicable)
- Follow local laws, customs, and regulations of the destinations visited
- Respect fellow travelers, guides, and local communities
- Take care of personal belongings and valuables throughout the trip
- Inform us of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special requirements
- Maintain travel insurance coverage for the entire duration of the trip
4.2 Our Responsibilities
- Provide services as described in the confirmed itinerary
- Ensure accommodation and transportation meet the standards promised
- Provide experienced and licensed guides where applicable
- Offer 24/7 emergency support during the trip
- Handle any service-related issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain transparency in pricing and service inclusions/exclusions
4.3 Itinerary Changes
- We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances
- Alternative arrangements of similar value will be provided when possible
- No compensation will be provided for minor itinerary changes
- Major changes will be communicated in advance with alternative options
- Clients will be notified immediately of any emergency changes
5. Liability & Insurance
5.1 Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the total cost of the booked services
- We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes by third-party service providers
- Personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property is the client's responsibility
- We are not responsible for expenses incurred due to trip delays or cancellations
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, political situations) are beyond our control
- Medical expenses and emergency evacuation costs are the client's responsibility
5.2 Travel Insurance
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all trips
- Basic coverage may be included in premium packages
- Comprehensive insurance should cover medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and personal belongings
- Adventure activities may require additional coverage
- International travel requires mandatory medical and evacuation insurance
6. Privacy & Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your personal information and privacy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
- Personal information is collected only for service delivery and legal compliance
- Data is shared with service providers (hotels, airlines) only as necessary for bookings
- We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information
- Marketing communications can be opted out of at any time
- Data retention follows legal requirements and business needs
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1 Complaint Procedure
- All complaints should be reported immediately during the trip for prompt resolution
- Post-trip complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of trip completion
- We will investigate all complaints thoroughly and respond within 15 business days
- Compensation, if applicable, will be determined based on the nature and impact of the issue
7.2 Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of India
- Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore courts
- Arbitration may be pursued as an alternative dispute resolution mechanism
- Consumer protection laws will be applicable as per Indian regulations
Agreement Acknowledgment
By booking any services with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and our company. We reserve the right to update these terms periodically, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
